Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving strategic growth in the CCTV, Security, and ELV solutions market, focusing on large-scale projects, government contracts, and enterprise clients. The role involves market expansion, high-value deal closures, and long-term partnerships while overseeing sales strategies, tenders, and key account management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), or related field.
  • 7+ years in B2B sales/business development in CCTV, ELV, Security, or IT Infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in government tenders, enterprise sales, and project-based deals.
  • experience in team leadership and channel management.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of CCTV (IP, Analog, AI-based), Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, and ELV Systems.
  • Understanding of tender portals (e.g., Qatar Tender, Monagasat, etc.) and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Odoo ,Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and financial analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation & persuasion skills (dealing with C-level executives).
  • Strategic thinking & problem-solving for long-term business growth.
  • Leadership & team management abilities.  


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth (Projects, AMCs, Recurring Business).
  • Number of High-Value Contracts Closed (Govt./Enterprise).
