Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial strategy, planning, and risk management of the company, ensuring sustainable growth in CCTV & ELV product sales, project installations, and maintenance contracts (B2B/B2C). The CFO oversees accounting, budgeting, cash flow, investor relations, and compliance, aligning financial operations with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred).
  • 10+ years in finance, with 5+ years in a CFO/Finance Director role.
  • Experience in construction, security systems, or project-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of QATAR/GCC financial regulations (VAT, corporate tax, banking).

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and FP&A.
  • Advanced ERP/accounting software (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, Tally).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills (debt financing, M&A).
  • Risk management mindset (fraud prevention, internal controls).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue Growth & Profit Margins (Gross/Net).
  • Cash Flow Stability (Operating Cash Flow, DSO).
  • Budget Adherence & Cost Savings.
  • Audit Compliance & Tax Efficiency.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role (office + remote financial analysis).
  • Occasional travel for investor meetings or regional audits.
