Job Summary:
The HR Manager/Generalist will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. This role ensures the company attracts, retains, and develops talent to support business growth in CCTV, ELV projects, and AMC services.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in technical industries (security, ELV, construction, IT).
- Knowledge of QATAR/GCC labor laws is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Bayzat, SAP HR, Odoo).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Indeed).
- Advanced MS Office (Excel for payroll, PowerPoint for training).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Employee Retention Rate.
- Time-to-Fill Vacancies (especially for technical roles).
- Training Effectiveness & Employee Satisfaction Scores.
- Compliance Audit Results (labor law, documentation).
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional site visits (e.g., employee grievances at project sites).
