Job Summary

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company’s CCTV & ELV projects, installations, maintenance (AMC), and service delivery. This role ensures efficient project execution, cost control, quality assurance, and client satisfaction while driving operational excellence across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years in operations/project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in CCTV, ELV, Security Systems, or IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Background in maintenance/service operations (AMCs) is highly desirable.  

Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of CCTV/IP surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CMMS software for operations tracking.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage large teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent communication for client/stakeholder interactions.

  • Project Delivery Success Rate (On-Time, On-Budget).
  • AMC Renewal & Client Retention Rates.
  • Operational Cost Savings (Labor, Materials, Logistics).
  • Team Productivity & Safety Compliance.

Work Environment
