Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will focus on generating business for CCTV & ELV projects (new installations, upgrades) and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) in the B2B sector, including corporate clients, government entities, contractors, and system integrators. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), or related field.
- 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in CCTV, ELV, Security Systems, or IT Infrastructure).
- Experience in project sales, AMCs, or technical solution selling is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CCTV (IP/Analog), Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, and ELV Systems.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent in follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets (Projects & AMCs).
- Number of New Clients Acquired.
- Lead Conversion Rate.
- AMC Renewal Rate.
- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback.
Work Environment:
- Field-based role (80% client visits, 20% office work).
- Travel required for site surveys and meetings.
