Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of CCTV, ELV (Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, etc.), and related security solutions, including product sales, project installations, and maintenance contracts in both B2B (Corporate/Government) and B2C (Retail/Residential) markets. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in CCTV, ELV, Security Systems, or IT Infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in B2B & B2C sales,project bidding, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in handling government tenders  is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV (Analog, IP, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.), Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, and ELV Systems.
  •  Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho,etc.) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Valid Driving License &  Transferable work permit.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue Targets (Products, Projects, AMCs).  
  • New Client Acquisition & Retention Rate.  
  • Conversion Rate (Leads to Sales).  
  • Customer Satisfaction & Repeat Business.  
  • Team Performance & Sales Growth.  

Work Environment:

  • Field-based role (frequent client visits, site inspections).  
  • Office-based tasks (proposals, meetings, CRM updates).
  • Occasional travel for business development (local & regional).
